Lobe enlargement

Lobe enlargement is a cosmetic medical procedure undergone by some Ferengi to alter and accentuate the natural appearance of their lobes. The procedure is thought to add stature to the Ferengi by increasing the size of the lobes or reducing limpness that results from age. (DS9: "Profit and Lace")
