Lonar was a young Cardassian male civilian living on Cardassia Prime in 2375.

He recognized Damar among the faces in the crowd, following the destruction of a Dominion barracks and pointed him out. He was among the crowd who listened to Damar's speech that the rebellion was not dead, and that it was up to the citizens of Cardassia to fight the Dominion.(DS9: "The Dogs of War")

Lonar was played by actor LeRoy D. Brazile. According to the script, the character was around the age of fifteen; meaning Lonar was born in 2360.
