Loquar

Loquar was a member of the Hierarchy. He was captain of a ship that became trapped in the Void, an enclosed section of space without stars or planets, surrounded by a barrier that made escape impossible.

When his ship was sucked into the Void, it was attacked by other ships also in the Void that wanted to steal its technology and its goods. USS Voyager helped drive off the attackers, and Loquar joined Voyager's alliance.

This alliance protected Loquar's ship, and when Voyager was able to produce a polaron modulator, Loquar and his ship escaped the Void along with Voyager and other members of the alliance. (VOY: "The Void")
