Louis "Lou" C. Simon III (born 31 July 1967 in Orange County, California) is a stuntman, stunt actor, and stunt coordinator who performed stunts in several episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Star Trek: Voyager. He was uncredited for all of his appearances.

Beside his resume as a stuntman he is also a fight choreographer and technical adviser on many films. Simon has also worked as a second unit director for films such as The Pharaoh Project (2001) and The Good Mother (2006).

His stunt resume includes films such as Barb Wire (1996), The Lost World: Jurassic Park (1997, with stunts by Marjean Holden and Tom Morga), Starship Troopers (1997, with Dina Meyer and Clancy Brown), Desert Saints (2000), Showtime (2002, with William Shatner), S.W.A.T. (2003, with Reg E. Cathey, Bruce Gray, Jamison Yang, and stunts by Jennifer Caputo, Doug Coleman, Brennan Dyson, Al Goto, John Meier, Michael Owen, Manny Perry, and Todd Bryant), Latin Dragon (2004), Left in Darkness (2006), Reno 911!: Miami (2007, with stunts by Brian Avery and Chuck Borden), and The Kingdom (2007, with stunts by Doug Coleman and Shauna Duggins).

He has also performed stunts in television series such as Charmed, Nikki, and Without a Trace.

Simon has produced music songs such as "Just like me" featuring DMC and Sarah MacLachlan.
