Lurian Security was the police force of the government of Luria.

Lissepian Mother's Day Heist conspirator Hain claimed to be an agent of Lurian Security when he attempted to arrest Quark as part of his scheme to find the proceeds of the heist, which had been hidden by Morn. (DS9: "Who Mourns for Morn?")

While an actual Lurian Security agent has never been seen, such an agency must exist, as Hain was going to have Odo sign off on the arrest.
