Maparian ale is an alcoholic beverage, a favorite drink of Grilka, who liked it with a hint of pazafer.

In 2373, Quark and Grilka drank this ale when she arrived on Deep Space 9 and again later after the two had reencated the Battle of Qam-Chee in a holosuite. (DS9: "Looking for par'Mach in All the Wrong Places")
