Marcus Holt

Marcus Holt is a Starfleet admiral and commander of starbase Deep Space 3, as well as a personal friend of Captain Jean-Luc Picard. Picard contacted Holt in 2370 concerning the disappearance of the starship USS Hera, as the ship had recently visited DS3. (TNG: "Interface")

Holt was played by Warren Munson.
