Mariano Nicieza

Mariano Nicieza (often credited as merely Mariano) is a comic book author. He began writing for Marvel Comics in 1993 working on various short stories in anthology titles. In 1995, he penned a story in the Malibu Comics DS9 "Ultimate Annual", paving the way for his work on five issues of the Star Trek line when it moved back to Marvel in 1997. He was the brother of Fabian Nicieza, another comic book writer.
