Mark V transporter

The Mark V transporter was a type of transporter used in the Alpha Quadrant until the late 2350s. They were incapable of transporting unstable biomatter.
In 2371, Kasidy Yates was forced to use a Mark V transporter, as it was the only type her employers, the Petarians, had given her. (DS9: "Family Business")
