Mattel Inc. is one of the world's largest toy manufacturers. Out of a majority of its products, the production of the Barbie doll gained Mattel popularity. Mattel also specializes in the creation of games.
In the late 1990s, Mattel received a short-lived license to produce Star Trek-related toys and games. Only three known products were produced with this license:
Mattel is also the parent company of Fisher-Price, current producers of View-Master 3-D Viewers.
