Michael Welch (born 25 July 1987; age 21) played Artim, the Ba'ku child befriended by Data in Star Trek: Insurrection. He also portrayed a teenage version of Colonel Jack O'Neill in the Stargate SG-1 episode "Fragile Balance" and Luke Girardi in Joan of Arcadia (co-starring Becky Wahlstrom and David Burke) for two seasons from 2003 to 2005.
