New Manhattan is a thriving city on the planet Beth Delta I. Paul Stubbs offered to take Deanna Troi on a tour of the city when he was aboard the USS Enterprise-D in 2366. She turned down his offer, noting that his attitude was practiced and forced, and that his interest was not genuine. (TNG: "Evolution")
