Noggra

Noggra was the patriarch of the House of Noggra in the 2370s. He was a friend of Worf's father, Mogh.

In 2372, Worf contacted him and asked him to come to Deep Space 9. Worf had decided to give his brother, Kurn, a new chance in life after having been cast out of the Empire due to Worf's opposition to the Klingon invasion of Cardassia. Kurn had his memory wiped, was given the name Rodek and told he was Noggra's son. (DS9: "Sons of Mogh")

Noggra was played by Robert DoQui. The IKS Gorkon book series mentions his profession was the Klingon equivalent of a lawyer.
