An ops report is a type of report prepared by the Starfleet operations division personnel of a Federation starship or space station.
In 2374, Ensign Harry Kim, as operations officer of the USS Voyager, was working on his monthly ops report in the mess hall. (VOY: "Mortal Coil")
In mid-2375, Worf consulted an ops report from the operations center of Deep Space 9 to see what starships had left the station after it was discovered that Kira Nerys was missing. The report indicated that only the morning transport to Bajor had departed. (DS9: "Covenant")
