Phillip Jacobson (Captain)

Phillip Jacobson was a 24th century Starfleet officer.

In 2354, Jacobson was listed on a directory placard as having an office in room 65146 on Starbase 32. (TNG: "Violations")

In 2374, during the Dominion War, a file from starship USS Sarajevo reported Captain Jacobson missing in action. Files from USS Cochrane and USS Repulse reported him killed in action. (DS9: "In the Pale Moonlight")

Jacobson was named for production staff associate Phillip Jacobson. Jacobson's name appeared on the casualty list display seen on a computer readout in that episode. It is unclear which of the above was his home station, if any.
