Revised Intersystem Agreement

The Revised Intersystem Agreement was one of several documents related to a conflict between the Andorians and the Vulcans.

Prior to Jonathan Archer's first diplomatic negotiation between the two species on Paan Mokar in 2152, Subcommander T'Pol sent him a copy of the agreement, along with V'Lar's treatise on negotiating tactics and the Vulcan High Command briefing on the Border Incursions of 2112. Archer said he was up until 2 a.m. "glancing" at the material, but doubted he would impress Shran by quoting Vulcan treaties. (ENT: "Cease Fire")
