Robert Harris "Bob" Justman (born 13 July 1926; age 81) was one of the pioneers behind the Star Trek phenomenon, working both as associate and supervising producer on Star Trek: The Original Series and Star Trek: The Next Generation. He was also the assistant director of TOS: "The Cage" and TOS: "Where No Man Has Gone Before".

Justman was born in New York City and enlisted in the United States Navy during World War II. He served two years and was discharged as a Radioman Third Class before entering a career in television production.

He chronicled his early work on TOS in the book Inside Star Trek: The Real Story (co-authored with Herbert F. Solow).
