Salina Prime is an inhabited planet located in the Delta Quadrant. There are military installations on the surface operated by a civilization that was at war with the Druoda until 2372. The planet is protected by subspace minefields.

In 2375, 34 series 5 long-range tactical armor units were accidentally launched from the Druoda Strategic Command Matrix towards Salina Prime. They were stopped when one of the units, that had been damaged and repaired by the USS Voyager crew, acknowledged the Druoda mission abort orders and detonated itself amidst the others.
