Sebarr was a Bajoran zoologist participating in an agrobiology expedition to the Janitza Mountains in 2371. Here, he became friends with Keiko O'Brien and discussed with her among other things her marriage with Miles O'Brien, something Miles was very angry about. (DS9: "Fascination")
