Sims

Sims was a police officer in the Los Angeles Police Department in 1996, with the designation 247-Baker.

He confronted Braxton about placing signs around the city, and was later involved in a foot pursuit (of a 50-51 suspect) when Braxton attempted to flee. (VOY: "Future's End")

Sims was played by Barry Wiggins. His name can be read off of his uniform name tag.
