- The painted cover formed the center panel of a three-panel panorama with Shadowheart #1: "The Lion and the Lamb" and The DS9/TNG crossover #1: "Prophets and Losses". The covers were all painted by Sonia Hillios. The entire panorama was released as a poster later in the year.
- The deluxe version contained a cast list and an article titled "Behind the scenes of a comics adaptation".
