Starbase 14

Starbase 14 is a Federation starbase, possibly located near the planet Styris IV.

The response to an outbreak of a deadly plague on that planet was co-ordinated from here in 2364. It monitored the advance of the plague and liased with the USS Enterprise-D, which was attempting to obtain a vaccine from Ligon II. (TNG: "Code of Honor")

In non-canon, Starbase 14 had been the destination of USS Endeavour when it went missing circa the 2250s (as depicted in Marvel TOS: "Experiment in Vengeance!"). It was also the destination of the USS Enterprise in "Year Four, Issue 2".
