Stephen W. Pugh is a visual effects artist. He was an employee of both Foundation Imaging and Eden FX while they worked on Star Trek: Enterprise. As a systems engineer, he also contributed to several episodes of Babylon 5, a show featuring Bill Mumy and written by J. Michael Straczynski. In 2004 he was a visual effects producer for Eden FX on the Hellboy movie featuring Ron Perlman.
