Steve Moncuse is a comic book artist and writer. He is best known as the creator of Fish Police, a comic book and later cartoon series, a comic that he wrote and did the artwork for. He worked for Marvel Comics on their Star Trek line, inking several titles before moving to Dark Horse to work on the Ghost title.
