The Suliban stealth-cruiser was a type of cruiser used by the Suliban Cabal that was normally undetectable by Human technology because of its cloaking device. Its armaments include four particle beam weapon banks. The standard crew complement was at least 20.

In March 2152, a starship of this class planted a small device on one of Enterprise's shuttlepods that would emit a plasma stream, resulting in the destruction of the colony on Paraagan II.

The cruiser was later discovered by Enterprise in a nearby binary star system using quantum beacons provided by Crewman Daniels. A boarding party boarded the Suliban ship and stole information confirming that they were responsible for the colony's destruction. (ENT: "Shockwave")
