Surjak

Surjak is a Cardassian who was the former head of the Obsidian Order and formerly an associate of Enabran Tain. Tain believed that Surjak could not be trusted. On Tain's deathbed in 2373, Elim Garak assured him that Surjak had been "taken care of". (DS9: "In Purgatory's Shadow")
