Talaxian champagne

Talaxian champagne is a moon-ripened variety of champagne from Talax. Neelix kept some bottles of the beverage aboard the USS Voyager.

When he and Kes came aboard the ship in 2371, they drank some of the champagne. Three years later, when Kes was about to leave the ship, the two of them again shared a last glass of Talaxian champagne. (VOY: "The Gift")
