This is assuming that a generation is every 20 years, and that 20*10 generations is 200 years.

This is a big assumption. Several references I have found state "roughly 30 [years] among human beings." Are we to then accept the context of the statement referring to these 10 generations in terms of human generations or Chrysalian generations...a species, for all we know, whose generations span 100 years... --Alan del Beccio 22:12, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

I think this was just meant as an example. Fact is, a "generation" is a very inaccurate measurement of time, especially when dealing with completely different species. ;) -- Cid Highwind 23:03, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
