Balok, you removed the following paragraph as non-canon:

The therapeutic chair in WGD uses the same rotating light effects as the neural neutralizer, but if it used the same technology it would seem to contradict the statement that the machine was destroyed in Dagger of the Mind. --Lee M (guest)

Neural Neutralizer is a standard technology, Dr. Adams jut perverted it. His NN was destroyed, but the technology as a whole, would still be intact. So really both of you are wrong. --TOSrules 23:15, 1 Sep 2005 (UTC)
