Are those Class or Type designations based on any official information - they seem to have changed somewhat with the last updates of this page? Also, I don't recognize the one called Class II at the moment - any further information would be nice. -- Cid Highwind 10:06, 23 Dec 2003 (PST)

Nope. To my knowledge, there has never been any classification in Starbases. The 'double mushrooms' you talk about were prominently featured in one of the Ships of the Line calenders, but were also seen on screen (in "Relativity", IIRC). They are part of Utopia Planitia's orbital facilities. Quite a neat design, actually -- Harry 13:35, 16 Jan 2004 (PST)
