I moved the following information from the article since it is non-canon information:

Capellan double vowel words have a stop between the two vowels. Thus, "Teer" is correctly pronounced "tē îr"

However, it is not the conclusively correct pronunciation. In the episode, "Teer" is not consistently pronounced by the Capellans with a stop the way "Akaar" and "Eleen" are.Egan Loo 22:51, 31 August 2006 (UTC)
