If you look at a map of that region of Earth, you'd see that the weapon would had to of swerved over South America to get to Venezuela. --Brad Rousse 15:53, 27 Oct 2005 (UTC)

I have no idea what the above means. The note makes no sense. A cursory glance at my atlas shows that a southeasterly line from Florida through Cuba and the Caribbean Sea will arrive in Venezuela. It sounds as though the person is assuming a weapon that travels due south which needless to say is not specified. - Montrealais
