Tanis (city)

Tanis is a location in the Sol system, home of an Earth baseball team in the Planetary Baseball League, in the 21st century. Buck Bokai played for Tanis in 2022 after being acquired from the Gotham City Bats, but the following year he moved on to the Seibu club.

- Unless the "system-wide batting champion" note is some sort of joke, it might indicate Bokai's career to be extra-planetary. It is not clear if Tanis is on Earth, or nearby (on the moon for example). "Tanis" is the name of a real Earth location, in France, but it isn't clear if this is the kind of place a future baseball team might play.
