Temporal anomaly
From Memory Alpha, the free Star Trek reference.
A temporal anomaly was any sort of phenomenon that has a direct effect on the space-time continuum. (TNG: "Yesterday's Enterprise", "A Matter of Time", "Cause and Effect", "All Good Things..."; Star Trek Generations; VOY: "Time and Again", "Relativity", "Shattered", "Blink of an Eye")
In 2369 Captain Jean-Luc Picard gave Lieutenant Commander Data the order to contact the USS Enterprise-D and let Commander Riker scan the area for temporal anomalies after they experienced the "frozen in time" phenomena. (TNG: "Timescape")
A temporal anomaly formed a barrier around the Gamma Quadrant planet of Gaia. (DS9: "Children of Time")
