Terra 10

Terra 10 is the name given to the sole planet orbiting the star Cepheus by an early Human colony that was established on the planet in the late 21st century.
Unbeknown to the colonists, Terra 10 was bombarded with spiroid epsilon waves that shrank them to the size of 1/16th of an inch, due to the compacting of their DNA. This change became an irreversible genetic characteristic.
The colony was forgotten after communications with Earth was lost, and the descendants of the original colony adopted a name for themselves, the Terratins.
After Terra 10 became threatened with violent volcanic eruptions, the Terratins sent out a distress call in 2269. The distress call was discovered by the crew of the USS Enterprise, which successfully rescued and transplanted their Lilliputian city to the nearby planet Verdanis. (TAS: "The Terratin Incident")
