The Morning Observer

The Morning Observer was the local newspaper of Portage Creek, Indiana prior to the publisher being bought out in 2000 to make room for the Millennium Gate. (VOY: "11:59")

The offices of The Morning Observer were one of the buildings passed by Shannon O'Donnell while she was driving (and as she ran into another car.) Although the cover of the newspapers read in the episode are not clearly legible, "The Morning ..." can be read from the copy held by O'Donnell.
