The Star Dispatch was a United States newspaper that was in circulation during the mid-1930s.

While reviewing the altered timeline on his tricorder in 1930, Spock happened across the article taken from a 1936 issue of The Star Dispatch. In it, he found Edith Keeler on the frontpage, along with an article that featured her meeting with President Franklin D. Roosevelt. (TOS: "The City on the Edge of Forever")
