Timothy Ryan was a character in the Fair Haven holoprogram, set in 19th century Ireland.

According to Seamus, he had been "one for the trout", but died two weeks ago. Although most people thought he had died through croup, Seamus told Tom Paris that the widow Moore had given him the Evil Eye. (VOY: "Fair Haven")
