Tom Purser was a construction worker on several Star Trek productions.
He worked on:
- Star Trek: Klingon (Construction Foreman)
- Star Trek: Insurrection (Construction Foreperson)
- Star Trek: Enterprise (Construction Co-ordinator)
Several items in the Star Trek universe have been named for Tom Purser, including:
- T. Purser Hardware and Plumbing, from ENT: "Storm Front".
- Purseronite, a chemical element on the Table of Elements. (TNG: "Rascals")
- T. Purser, a member of Earth Starfleet.
- Tom Purser, Starfleet engineer.
- Purser's Planet, the planet the SS Manila set off from 2328. (TNG: "Inheritance")
He also worked on Clue (1985, with Michael McKean, Jane Wiedlin, and Christopher Lloyd.
