Training division

The training division was one of the many divisions a Federation starship could have. The primary purpose of the training division was for the training of crew for the various tasks which were required in the daily running of a ship.

In 2364, intoxicated with polywater, the training division for the USS Enterprise-D announced a lecture on metaphysics for all the officers. (TNG: "The Naked Now")
