Tripolymer enzyme is a type of biochemical substance.

In 2376, the Delta Flyer encountered Captain Bathar of Hodos, who claimed to have a formula to stop the aging process. It turned out to be only a tripolymer enzyme, though Chakotay observed that it "makes a great shoe polish". (VOY: "Memorial")
