Unnamed members of the Alliance on Turkana IV. (TNG: "Legacy")

This Alliance member attacked and wounded Ishara Yar when she together with an away team of the USS Enterprise-D infiltrated Alliance territory to rescue the kidnapped crewmembers of the USS Arcos. He was later incapacitated by Commander William T. Riker.

The alliance member was played by stuntman Dennis Madalone.

One of these members might have been Yosh.
