In 2369, Dr. Julian Bashir gave a Bajoran officer an unnamed device to assassinate Benjamin Sisko. When Odo arrived in the Infirmary as Bashir was giving the device to the officer, the doctor pretended that the device helped against chronic insomnia. (DS9: "Dramatis Personae")

In an alternate timeline, Jake Sisko used this injection device to inject a sort of drug to himself. He managed to die when his father appears, so he could move him back in time. (DS9: "The Visitor")

In 2374, The Doctor assisted an EMH Mark II with surgury aboard the USS Prometheus. Along with a Thrombic modulator a medical tricorder and a hypospray, there were three other divices with which The Doctor was unfamiliar. (VOY: "Message in a Bottle").
Earlier in 2374, Kes had a tray of items after The Doctor displayed an ocular implant to Kathryn Janeway and Tuvok. Along with a hypospray and dermal regenerator, there were four other devices. (VOY: "The Gift")

This object was used beside the USS Voyager's warp core in 2374 while attempting to get it functional again after the ship had Borg modifications installed by Seven of Nine. (VOY: "The Gift")

In 2372, after Tom Paris left the USS Voyager and was kidnapped by the Kazon-Nistrim, Paris used a hacking tool to access the systems of the raider he was in to determine the identity of a mole on Voyager. The device also had an explosive which could be timed. (VOY: "Investigations")

After Neelix discovered that Michael Jonas was secretly working with the Kazon-Nistrim in 2372, he attempted to stop Jonas by attacking him with a claw-like engineering utility. (VOY: "Investigations")
[edit] Upgrade tool
This unnamed engineering tool was used by Chief Miles O'Brien in 2372 on Deep Space 9. He worked on a console on OPS and told Major Kira Nerys about the upgrades he did to the station's systems. (DS9: "The Way of the Warrior")
