The chart was only shown the Y-axis which numbered in the 300s. The X-axis is based on the amount of sector blocks visible and its location compared to Sol. The Y-axis has been given numbers to show its location compared to the Alpha and Beta Quadrant Border, which passes through Sol. Oddly enough, Kling is listed as a Federation member, so this chart may list the Federation and close allies, or the planet Kling might have left the Klingon Empire to join the Federation ("the traitors of Kling").
