A vascular pad is a medical tool used to repair damage to the skin and underlying blood vessels.

In 2370, Dr. Beverly Crusher used a vascular pad to heal a stab wound on Counselor Deanna Troi's shoulder that was inflicted by Lieutenant Commander Data. (TNG: "Phantasms")
