Vincent Van Dyke

Vincent Van Dyke is a make-up effects artist, painter and sculptor who recently worked as a sculptor and lab tech for the Proteus Make-up FX Team on Star Trek. He did the same thing for the 2006 motion picture Mission: Impossible III, which, like Star Trek, was directed by J.J. Abrams.
Van Dyke was also a member of Barney Burman's Proteus FX's make-up effects crew on the films Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, Tenacious D in the Pick of Destiny, Blades of Glory, Tropic Thunder, the Bryan Singer-directed Valkyrie. His effects work on the TV shows Strong Medicine, Medium and Scrubs were also done as part of the Proteus FX team. For Tom Burman and Bari Dreiband-Burman's Burman Studio, Van Dyke has provided special effects makeup for the hit medical television shows Grey's Anatomy and Nip/Tuck, as well as TV's The Closer and the film Camille.
