Voo-sinteel was a ceremonious beverage, likely alcoholic, consumed by the Borothans while witnessing the Great Plume of Agosoria. It was customary to drink the beverage when the Plume reached its full brilliance, as it was known to "enhance" the experience.

In 2151, Sonsorra presented Charles Tucker III with a bottle of voo-sinteel as a gift for allowing him and his fellow observers to witness the Great Plume aboard the Enterprise. (ENT: "Cold Front")
