Vrelk was the Controller of a Malon export vessel, eleventh gradient in early 2375.

Vrelk led an unsuccessful mission to attempt to steal USS Voyager's only multispatial probe which was trapped in the atmosphere of a gas giant. He saw the probe as appropriate compensation for the destruction of another export starship that had been destroyed in an earlier attempt to steal the probe. (VOY: "Extreme Risk")

Vrelk was played by Hamilton Camp.
