Vulcan Genome Registry is a government agency that collects and records DNA information of Vulcans at birth for identification.
In 2154, Earth's embassy on the planet Vulcan was bombed. DNA evidence was discovered on one of the explosive devices, identified from a Vulcan Syrrannite named T'Pau; it was later revealed that the DNA signatures were planted. (ENT: "The Forge")
