Woban

Woban was the leader of the Bajoran Navot village. In 2369 he visited Deep Space 9 to negotiate a settlement over a boundary dispute with the neighboring Paqu village, which almost turned into a civil war. The Paqu and Narot territories were separated by the River Glyrhond, which was diverted during the Cardassian occupation, causing the Paqu to gain 20 km of territory previously owned by the Narot.

Woban later accepted a compromise by agreeing to free trade access to both sides of the river in exchange for getting back their land. (DS9: "The Storyteller")
